Revelations 21:4 says, "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death; nor sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain, for the former things are passed away." Calvin Wayne Parker Sr. (59) was born on June 18, 1965, in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Sterling Parker, Jr., and the late Flossie Mae Bogard. He transitioned from this life on November 13, 2024, in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Calvin was preceded in death by his Parents; Brother: Billy Joe Brunson, Jr., and Grandmother: Clarkster Garrett.
He leaves to cherish his memories: His Wife: Bessie Parker of Hope, Arkansas. Two (2) Daughters: Zaneata Jackson of Hope, Arkansas and Destiny Fields of Fort Smith, Arkansas. Two (2) Sons: Carlos Diaz of San Diego, California and Calvin Parker, Jr., of Fort Smith, Arkansas. Three (3) Sisters: Jacqueline Ross of Fort Smith, Wanda Allen of Little Rock, Arkansas and Andrea Bryant of North Little Rock, Arkansas. Two (2) Brothers: Sterling Parker III of Fort Smith, Arkansas and Dan Bogard, Jr., of Little Rock, Arkansas. Four (4) Aunts: Ida Bell Baird of Guyton, Georgia; Gloria Brown, Rose Jackson and Mary Reece all of Little Rock, Arkansas. Three (3) Grandchildren. Along with his favorite cousins: Charles (Dee) Baird of Little Rock, Arkansas.
And a host of nieces, nephews, other cousins and friends.
Celebration of life Memorial Service will be held Saturday November 23, 2024; 11:00am at Rowell-Parish Mortuary Chapel 611 North 9th St., Fort Smith, Arkansas 72901.
