In profound sadness, the staff of Veasley Funeral Home & Cremations, Inc. want to express our sincere condolences to the Williams family. Carlus’ earthly temple is now resting in the care of Veasley Funeral Home. Revelations 21:4 says "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death; nor sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain, for the former things are passed away." Be assured that in the days ahead you will surely gain strength from the memories of Mrs. Carlus Williams.

Carlus Almeda Williams, affectionately known as "Candy" was born December 6, 1961 to Joel Mills and LeVada Sales in KinLoch, Missouri. Carlus met and married Darron Williams. She gave her life to Christ at an early age at Devotional Missionary Baptist Church in KinLoch, Missouri. She then moved to Conway, Arkansas where she joined and was a faithful member of Awareness Center International of Little Rock under the leadership of Dr. L.E. Braggs and Co Pastor Lakiesha Braggs Olive. She loved her pastor and his family. Carlus had many accomplishments. To name a few, she received her nursing certification from Vocational Training Center South St. Louis, Missouri. She enjoyed factory work, going shopping, dressing to the "T", kept her hair done, and always wore the perfect warming smile.
Carlus was preceded in death by her mother, LeVada Sales.
Carlus leaves to cherish her loving memory, husband, Darron Williams of Conway, Arkansas; her loving children, Kesha Fulton, Carlos J. Fulton, and Nykyta (Dexter) Dixon all of Conway, Arkansas; stepdaughter, Jasmine Jones of Dallas, Texas; dad, Joel (Mary) Mills of St. Louis, Missouri; five siblings, Craig Mills, Deric Mills, Brian (LeNora) Pittman, Arlanda (Mike) Tyler all of St. Louis, Missouri, Sandra (James) Sykes, George McClain both of Conway, Arkansas her oldest grandchild that she raised as her own, Kakesha Quinn; six other grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
Family and friends walk through visitation will be held Friday, September 17, 2021 from 1:00pm to 5:00pm at Veasley Funeral Home.
Celebration of life service will be held Saturday, September 18, 2021, 3:00pm at Awareness Center International, 900 S. Pine St., Little Rock, Arkansas 72204.
Committal service and final resting place will be held at Robinson Cemetery, Conway, Arkansas.
