Paul’s earthly temple is now resting in the care of Veasley Funeral Home. Revelations 21:4 says "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death; nor sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain, for the former things are passed away." Be assured that in the days ahead you will surely gain strength from the memories of Mr. Paul Lasker.

Paul Lasker was born on June 3, 1966 to the late Joel Lasker and Dorothy Mae McDaniel Lasker. He Departed this life on December 25, 2021 at the age of 55. Paul confessed a hope in Christ at an early age and was baptized at the age of twelve at Mt. Gale Baptist Church in Conway. He graduated from Conway High School in 1984. He later relocated to Kansas City, Missouri, married Susan Ann Johnson and to this union three beautiful children were born. He worked hard and retired from Jackson Cookies after many years. While in Kansas City, Paul sponsored a Little League Football team, The Kansas City Warriors, and spent his time purifying the neighborhoods. Paul loved his family and spending time with them was the highlight of his days.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Joel Lasker (1929-1982) and Dorothy Mae McDaniel Lasker (1930-1999); wife, Susan Lasker (1961-1996); sisters, Laura Ann Lasker (1964-1978) and Annette Lasker Washington (1957-2021); nephew, Todaro Lee Lasker (1972-1992); two brothers, Calvin L. Lasker (1955-1995) and Joe David Lasker (1951-2014); niece, Alicia "Lex" Bedford (1986-2005).
Paul leaves to cherish his loving memory, three children, Shad Raheam Lasker, of Kansas City Missouri, Shanae (Jason, I) Kirkpatrick, Shannon Lasker of Texas; grandchildren, Jason Kirkpatrick, II, Jourdan Kirkpatrick, Juliette Kirkpatrick all of Texas; siblings, Simueal (Warrenetta Bush) McDaniel of Nebraska, Timothy (Faye) Lasker of Kansas City, Missouri, Roland Lee (Shenna) Lasker of New Orleans, Louisiana, Mark T. (Debbie Truesdale) Lasker of Conway, Arkansas, Durwin K. Lasker of Conway, Arkansas, Shirley (Howard) Piggee of Conway, Arkasnas, Exia Lasker of Conway, Arkansas, Sarah Bedford of Conway, Arkansas, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and friends with precious memories of life long experiences.
Walk through viewing and visitation will be held Saturday, January 8, 2022 from 11:00am to 2:00pm at Veasley Funeral Home.
